Randolph, MA
* * * $3000 Sign On Bonus!
$28 to $42 per hour depending on experience
  • 2nd Shift: Sunday to Thursday 2pm-10: 30pm (40 hour workweek) any time over this will be at OT
  • 3rd Shift: Sunday to Thursday 10pm-6: 30am (40 hour workweek) any time over this will be at OT

Job Summary of the Maintenance Mechanic

We are currently seeking a full time manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of electrical background and 2+ years of manufacturing mechanical background. The Maintenance mechanic will work with a maintenance department that sets up, installs, repairs, and maintains machinery, equipment of an industrial manufacturing facility.

Essential Functions of the Maintenance Mechanic
  • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
  • Provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance/repairs of facilities and grounds.
  • Prepare and sets up machinery for scheduled and unscheduled production runs.
  • Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, welding, fabrication and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of processing and packaging machines
  • Reads and interprets equipment manuals, schematics and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
  • Must Comply with GMP OSHA Safety and Health rules
