Electronic Tester

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products through rigorous testing and analysis. This position requires a strong understanding of debugging, quality assurance processes, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. As a Tester, you will be responsible for identifying defects, analyzing schematics, and ensuring that all products meet industry standards.
Duties
- Per work instructions, sets up test equipment and performs electrical testing of semiconductors in a fast-paced production environment.
- Counting and visual inspections of devices
- Assisting and completing engineering work order
- Basic computer skills to properly identify and interpret pass/fail parameters to be recorded and entered Camstar (REI internal application used to enter and track production lot transactions)
PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience preferred in a related field or general knowledge of microscope and handling of semiconductors.
- Mechanical (knowledge of basic hand tools), Problem solving skills, proactive, detail oriented, fast learner, works well and independently under pressure.
- Read and write English and basic math skills.
- Patience while training, adaptable, must have integrity and be trustworthy, must have good judgement and get along with others, good problem-solving and communication skills, not afraid to ask questions and have a positive attitude.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS Social/Environmental Requirements:
- Work requires close attention to detail for the job to be performed accurately.
- Work is varied every day, and the Test Operator must be adaptable to respond to these changes and use independent judgement to manage priorities.
