Machine Operator Ayer, MA
$16.50 per hour to start / $17.00 per hour if hired on by client
Our Client is very employee-centric with tremendous room for growth!
The Machine Operator Position:
- Operate Robot production line ensuring line is running at optimal efficiency
- Ensure robot production line is operating according to centerline values and verbal or written instructions
- Complete all operational paperwork as required
- Provide training to team members as required
- Ensure that all company processes & procedures and safety requirements are followed when operating robot production line
- Able to effectively communicate verbally, electronically and team in professional manner
- Must have sufficient computer skills and be comfortable operating computer to properly navigate Robot machine functions
- Must be forklift certified or be able to become certified
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES of the Machine Operator:
- Proficient using PC
- Good communication and people skills
- Ability to speak, read and write English to understand and perform job assignments.
- Work requires operating a forklift
- The work is performed primarily in a manufacturing and warehouse environment, specifically the production and warehousing areas
- Standing most of the workday is required
- English (Required)
