Position Purpose of the Lead Machine Operator
The Value You Will Add: We're looking for a Line Lead on 3rd Shift, Mould, who is responsible for directing a team to run a production line producing and ensuring productivity standards for volume and quality. This is accomplished by leading and motivating line staff to ensure optimal productivity and work quality, assigning daily duties, ensuring policies and procedures are followed; addressing and/or escalating issues in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for the administrative paperwork for your line, including monitoring inventory levels and updating work orders in JD Edwards.
The Location: It is based in Stratham, NH. Our employees live and work just minutes from local beaches, skip over to Massachusetts or Maine for weekend outings, and enjoy hundreds of restaurants, boutiques, theaters and breweries in neighboring Portsmouth, NH.

REQUIREMENTS of the Lead Machine Operator
The Skills That Will Make You Successful in This Role:
Required, but not limited to
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Associates Degree or Higher
- Basic Computer Skills Required
- High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to demonstrate solid operating knowledge of machinery and manufacturing equipment.
Preferred
- 1-2 years in a supervisory/Lead Role
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
