- 2nd Shift: Sunday to Thursday 2pm-10: 30pm (40 hour workweek) any time over this will be at OT
- 3rd Shift: Sunday to Thursday 10pm-6: 30am (40 hour workweek) any time over this will be at OT

Essential Functions of the Maintenance Mechanic
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
- Provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance/repairs of facilities and grounds.
- Prepare and sets up machinery for scheduled and unscheduled production runs.
- Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, welding, fabrication and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of processing and packaging machines
- Reads and interprets equipment manuals, schematics and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
- Must Comply with GMP OSHA Safety and Health rules
