What We re Looking For
Must Have:
- Food manufacturing experience is REQUIRED
(Bakery, bread, or general food production strongly preferred)
- Stable work history no job jumpers
- 3 5 years of experience in a lead, quality, or production role
- HACCP or food quality experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Desire to grow within the company (not a short-term or retirement role)

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations on 1st shift

- Occasional travel to trade shows (as needed)
