Roles and Responsibilities of the Packers
- Must be able to load and operate the sanitary donut machine
- Must be able to produce cake rings, cake munchkins, and French crullers
- Must be able to glaze product as required
- Must be able to fill, frost, and apply toppings per client specifications
- Ensure all toppings and coatings are clean and available throughout the shift
- Check filling weights by variety
- Finish the required quantity of each variety to fulfill all store orders in a timely manner
- Must be able to record shortages, overages, and communicate discrepancies
- Must be able to clean and sanitize the utensils and equipment relevant to the cake production
- Must be able to report to work on time in a clean, complete uniform, maintaining good personal hygiene
- Must be able to perform according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety guidelines throughout the production shift
