Work Description of the Production Worker
- Pack product while always keeping food safety in mind.
- Able to communicate with management of ANY food safety issues.
- Document work for product traceability.
- Able to identify various allergens in facility to prevent potential cross contamination.
- Maintain a clean work environment by performing basic sanitation.
- Effectively and safely operate equipment as required.
- Perform all duties necessary to meet Gillian's Foods, Inc. Standards.
- Other Jobs as deemed necessary by management.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required as Essential of the Production Worker
- Thorough understanding of food safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Bilingual preferred but not required.
- The ability to read, write, and comprehend information provided to them. Maintain records to ensure QC
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Flexible schedule required.
