Roles and Responsibilities of the Cleaning and Sanitation position
- Cleans and sanitizes food contact processing equipment utilizing harmless chemicals
- Sweeps and washes floors.
- Cleans and washes walls.
- Washes, wipes and dusts covers, pipes and other equipment.
- Air hoses under machines.
- Empties trash barrels.
- Picks up cardboard and places in bundler.
- Cleans excess oil and salt.
- Cleans chunky food contact hoppers and screens.
