Essential Functions of the Sanitation Position
Assumes responsibility for the effective performance of assigned cleaning functions.
- Effectively clean and sanitize all items on sanitation schedule, inspect own work
- Dismantle and reassemble all equipment and machinery as needed for sanitation.
- Keep clean and organized the chemical storage area after use
- Personal Protective Equipment is used properly and maintained.
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures as outlined by company policy
- Responsible for food safety and quality of the product produced or packaged on a daily basis.
