Join a Growing Food Manufacturing Team!We're looking for a detail-oriented Production Control Coordinator to support daily production, inventory, and data management in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. If you have strong computer skills, enjoy working with data, and want an opportunity to grow with a great company, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do

• Prepare and scale ingredients according to production formulas.
• Read and follow daily production schedules.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Enter production data and work orders into the Fishbowl inventory system.
• Generate production and inventory reports.
• Support Production and Quality Assurance teams.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and identify process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, BRC, and food safety standards.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.

Qualifications✔ High School Diploma or GED
✔ 1–2 years of production, inventory, administrative, or data entry experience
✔ Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
✔ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
✔ Comfortable working with computer systems and databases
✔ Food manufacturing experience is a plus
✔ Fishbowl ERP experience is a plus
✔ ServSafe or Food Handler Certification is preferred
Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 35 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Bend, walk, and climb stairs as needed.
• Comfortable working in hot and cold production environments.
